MODERNIST RE MODEL
The client at this Cookham home was embarking on a complete re-model of the 1980's property.
Here; the client desired clean, functional living in a open plan space that needs to function for cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxing.
While the build is very contemporary, the home has had personality added with colour and pattern.

One of the challenges here was how to connect the colours running from the open plan living space, through to the hall and up to the first floor via the atrium.
Colours were selected for their harmonious properties to allow light into the living space.
In the atrium a masked geometric pattern adds fun, colour and interest.
